Development of public-private partnership in Uzbekistan

International experience shows that public-private partnership is effectively used in the modernization of infrastructure and the creation of new sources of economic growth. Uzbekistan, like many other countries in the post-Soviet space, has such general economic problems as the high deterioration of infrastructure, limited budgetary resources and investors' uncertainty in the transparency of infrastructure projects. One way to address these economic problems is the development of public-private partnerships.
