Development of civil society in the Kaluga region: institutional approach

The article discusses the development of civil society institutions in the Kaluga region from the point of view of existing problems and directions for their development, since the formation of civil society in Russia is still at an early stage. The main problems of its development were identified, to overcome which it is necessary to create a specific model of civil society institutions with a focus on institutional regulation with the control of their activities by the authorized body.
