The article covers the problem of development of the artistic and creative abilities of the senior preschool age children in conditions of cooperation between a family and a pre-school educational institution. The author attempts to reveal the peculiarities of the artistic and creative abilities development, their structure under the modern conditions with application of the innovative fine arts techniques, including an original technique of drawing drops developed by the author.
