Development and implementation of projects of public private partnership in the Russian regions and municipal levels

The article deals with the mechanisms of public-private partnership (PPP) and municipal-private partnership in the Russian Federation. Disclosed features and trends of development of PPPs in various sectors of the economy, identifies the key political and socio-economic factors influencing the market prospects of infrastructure projects at the institutional components of the PPP mechanism. The author substantiates the conclusion that in the near future in Russia expected to actively develop the PPP market in the sphere of housing and communal services.
