The article discusses the current specifics and the problems of the development of info communication space and the market of info communication services. In the context of building a postindustrial society, the issues of managing the market of info communication services are studied from the positions of increase its efficiency using big data. Based on the identified contradictions in the development of the market of info communication services, the authors substantiate the innovative directions of its improvement in order to most fully meet the needs of business entities. According to the analysis of possible scenarios for the development of big data management, it is concluded that it is necessary to build an innovative mechanism for state regulation of the info communication sphere.
