The article is devoted to modern trends in the development of an innovative infrastructure, which is a set of subsystems, the relevance of which is extremely growing. The analysis of the objects underlying its multilevel system is carried out. The problems of functioning of the elements of the innovation infrastructure are considered. The most popular methods for assessing the effectiveness of the functioning of the innovation infrastructure are investigated, and a practical assessment of the effectiveness of the functioning of these methods is given.
