The development of an innovative system on the principles of open innovation: the national and regional context

This article was prepared in carrying out the project on a state task of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, the application code 6.2910.2011: «Modernization of the economy of Krasnodar region on the basis of the open innovations concept». The author investigates the issue of innovative systems development based on the concept of open innovation. Special attention is paid to the issue of regional innovation development within the open innovation concept and the model of a threefold spiral. In the conclusion recommendations are presented to provide the improved maintenance of innovative activity in the region.
