Development of institution of property rights on the land plot in the Russian legislature

The article is devoted to the problems of legal regulation of property rights on the land. Special attention is paid to the issues of origin and formation of the institution of property rights on the land in the Russian legislation. It is emphasized that lack of clear delimiting of norms of public and private laws has negatively influence on the regulation of land relations and development of land property turnover in the Russian Federation.
