The conceptual ideas of the mechanism of thinking based on the information approach are presented. The methods of development of intuition and a parallel style of thinking in the process of subject training of students on the basis of the method of system dynamics are offered. The problem field on the development of computer tools for the development of heuristic intuition is found out.
