The development of engineering and social infrastructure on the basis of the strategy of public-private partnerships

The article describes the development and implementation of public-private partnerships at the present stage of economic development of Russia. The analysis of the types of projects announced for implementation on the example of the region and related to engineering and social infrastructure. The arguments confirming the need for a strategy of PPP development because of the special role of this instrument for investment infrastructure projects.
