Development of artificial intelligence in Russia in the context of global trends and challenges of the innovative economy

The article explores the trends in the development of artificial intelligence (AI) in Russia, taking into account the trends and challenges of the innovative economy. It examines government policies, infrastructure, personnel support, and technological priorities. Special attention is given to the challenges of technological sovereignty, regulatory support, energy sustainability, and personnel shortages. Based on the analysis of strategic documents and statistical data, the article proposes directions for improving the national AI ecosystem.
