The article discusses the main causes of professional deskilling of teaching musicians, describes the signs of professional development failure. The author considers the mechanisms of performing art development of teaching musicians, the impact of live performances in and outside the music school on the professional development of the teacher and the formation of students' performance art. The spiritual side of teachers' life is considered as a basis for the development of performing and teaching culture. The article discusses how the objectivity of performance affects the development of interpretation art of students.
