Development of the Yaroslavl province during the post-reform period

The article covers development of the Yaroslavl province in different areas during the post-reform period (late 19 th - early 20 th centuries). It had manifestations in many spheres of the region. The author considers the changes that had place, such as growth of industry, introduction of the capitalistic relations in the agrarian sector, activities on beautification of the city, development and expansion of the healthcare system.
