Development of exportly oriented production in the conditions of formation and implementation of regional cluster policy: experience and prospects of the Omsk region

The article is devoted to the consideration of experience and prospects of the development of export-oriented production as one of the elements of cluster policy implemented in the region. The analysis of foreign trade turnover has been made, and proposals have been developed for the implementation of joint projects of the Omsk region and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The issue of creating transboundary clusters considered as an instrument for implementing regional cluster policy and creating export-oriented industries was touched upon.
