Development of export activities of agricultural enterprises in the digital economy

The development of export activities of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of digitalization is possible with the formation of an industry digital platform based on the model of public-private partnership. Domestic and foreign experience proves that the platform approach has a significant potential for the development of export activities, as it contributes to the implementation of the "single window" principle. The platform approach also provides compactification and digital transformation of the processes of interaction between exporters and government bodies, infrastructure organizations and other counterparties. The object of the study is agricultural exporting enterprises. The goal of this study is to find mechanisms for the development of export activities of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of digital transformation. To achieve this goal, we used national regulations on the development of export activities in the conditions of digitalization, statistical data and studies of the Russian and foreign scientists on promising areas for the development of export activities using digital technologies. We also applied general scientific methods of systems theory, special methods of system management, coordination of economic interests, expert assessment and microeconomic analysis. The mechanisms based on the systematization and generalization of conceptual approaches and practices for the formation and development of a digital platform are presented, the essence and difference of which from the existing ones is in the centralized management of export activities using the public-private partnership model. All these factors ensure the sustainable development of export activities of agricultural enterprises.
