The article examines the development of electronic business in Kyrgyzstan, focusing on the interaction between small and medium-sized businesses, technologies, and social transformations. It analyzes the current state of key factors influencing the growth of e-business in Kyrgyzstan. Systemic barriers to its development are identified. Based on the findings, a SWOT analysis is presented, emphasizing the potential for integration with international platforms and the risks associated with cyber threats and regulatory constraints.
