The article is devoted to the peculiarities of development of trade through the Internet in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra. The article provides a comparative description of the dynamics of global information network usage in wholesale and retail trade, repairing of motor vehicles, motorcycles, household goods and personal items on Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra and on Moscow city. The article focuses on identifying the causes of weak development of electronic retail and wholesale trade in Ugra. Besides, in the article the expediency of further development of electronic commerce in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug is estimated in the article.
