The article examines the problem of informational and psychological security of the individual in the context of the pervasive digitalization of everyday life. The author argues that the key factor in countering destructive information-psychological influences and the negative cognitive effects of the digital environment is cognitive resilience. Based on the analysis of modern research, a detailed definition of this construct is given, and its main components are identified: critical thinking, cognitive flexibility, digital literacy, and emotional-value self-regulation. The work describes in detail the characteristic risks of the hybrid digital environment (clip thinking, "filter bubbles", manipulative technologies) and substantiates the need for a systematic approach to the development of cognitive resilience at the level of education, self-development and the formation of a new culture of digital interaction. It is concluded that the development of this quality is transforming from a private task into an imperative for ensuring mental sovereignty and psychological well-being of the individual in the digital age.
