Development of a competitive environment in the agricultural sector of the region's economy

The article examines the state of the agrarian sector of economy of the Republic of Mordovia, examines the nature and significance of the competitive environment as the category, important in terms of ensuring the survival and strategic success of business entities of agrarian sector of economy; investigated the status and problems of the market of seed production, market breeding livestock, market, milk production and processing included in the list of priority and socially important markets of the region, which provides the definition of directions of development of competitive environment in the regional agricultural sector and thereby contribute to sustainable development of the economy of the region and the country as a whole.
