Development of corporate governance in Uzbekistan on the basis of modern world standards

The article deals with the development of corporate governance in Uzbekistan on the basis of world standards. Also, the problems of improving corporate governance are studied. Directions for further development of corporate governance based on the introduction of modern methods of corporate governance at the enterprise are proposed.
