Development of Kuzbass in the conditions of a steady outflow of graduates from educational organizations

The article analyzes the problem of a steady outflow of graduates of educational institutions from Kuzbass. The main reasons for youth migration are considered, including the environmental state, economic situation, educational and medical systems of the region. The authors demonstrate that insufficient diversification of the economy, reduction of industrial enterprises and irrelevant educational programs are key factors causing the outflow of youth. The article proposes specific measures to improve the situation and attract young specialists back to the region.
