Cryptography studies methods for the visible transformation of source information based on a secret algorithm or key. The main value indicators of cryptographic systems in front of classical ones are the invulnerability of the secret key to urgent actions within the framework of the laws of nature, carried out to gain access to information. In modern conditions, improvements in security technology are needed. This article describes the technology of quantum cryptography, which is considered one of the most promising and secure ways to exchange information.
