Development of personal qualities

Purpose of the study: the development of personal qualities necessary for modern engineers of the oil refining industry. The main personal qualities that they must possess, such as purposefulness, organization, flexibility of thinking, communication and others, are considered. These qualities are necessary for engineers to successfully socialize and work in a team. Scientific novelty lies in the approach to work not only from a professional point of view, but also from a social one. As a result of the study, it was determined that personal qualities and their development are necessary for highly effective work in production.
