Development of personal resources of employees in order to increase the efficiency of library activities

The article presents suggestions and substantiations of the approach to the development of personal resources of employees. Various technologies aimed at the general rejuvenation of personnel aimed at the development of cognitive abilities of employees are proposed. The directions for work with the factors acting as predictors of creation of innovations at the expense of internal conviction of the person are postulated.
