Development of the entrepreneurship in the Ulyanovsk region

This article considers the development of small and medium enterprises as an important problem of the modern Russian economy. It also highlights the state support for enterprises in regions of Russia. The article analyzes the Program «Development of small and medium enterprises in Ulyanovsk region during 2011-2015», approved by the Government of the Ulyanovsk region to support and develop small and medium enterprises.
