Development of social culture mass level in the region

Social culture mass level development in the Orel Region which is treated as «superficial» is considered in the article. The classification of «the superficial» level of sociological culture is offered. On the basis of the results of sociological research social groups supporting different types of sociological culture such as «positive interest», «indifference», «doubt» are determined.
