The article deals with the development of the theoretical foundations for the formation of the innovative system of the construction enterprise, its elements, their interrelation and cooperation. The study defines the principles of the innovation system of the construction enterprise. An innovative policy is provided as the main program-target method for managing the innovative activity of the enterprise.
