Development of business value management methods based on digital technologies

The article considers modern trends in the development of methods and techniques for assessing the value of an organization, creating added value, forming capital, contributing to the generalization of information for making managerial decisions to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of business, implementing a strategy for functioning in difficult conditions of crisis. The possibilities of generalizing information with the use of information technologies are revealed, which, in the context of the implementation of national projects on the digitalization of the economy, are a progressive factor that allows to quickly analyze the state of assets and liabilities, apply modern scientific approaches necessary to increase the reliability and disclosure of information about the state of business for interested users. Digital technologies in the cost management of an organization are a promising tool through which the set goals and objectives of improving the efficiency of the company’s economic activities, maximizing profits, optimizing costs, rational use of material, financial and labor resources, identifying and preventing risks of reducing the cost of the organization’s own capital are solved. On the example of commercial enterprises, automated software products are recommended for practical use, allowing to assess the cost criteria of the business in the current period and to make forecasts for the promising future in accordance with the directions of the company’s development strategy.
