The essence of interorganizational communications for business subjects is revealed in the article. Classification of interorganizational communications depending on the subject of interaction (horizontal and vertical), depending on type of relationship (formal and informal) is considered. The basic principles of functioning of interorganizational communications are defined. The technique of the analysis of quality of partner interorganizational communications is developed and approved. The directions of development of interorganizational communications for business subjects on a vertical and across are offered. The directions of cooperation between competitors are developed.
