Development of the global practice of climate protection lawsuits

The author analyzes the development of the global practice of climate protection claims. He notes that such a practice has not been formed in Russia. He concludes that it is necessary to improve the legal instruments for protecting the environmental rights of citizens through national mechanisms and international legal treaties, which will make it possible to form the judicial practice of climate claims in support of international climate agreements both at the national and international levels.
