The development of motivational sphere of students of a pedagogical higher education institution as a condition of their effective professional growth

This article reflects the issue of development of motivational sphere of students of a pedagogical higher education institution (motivations of affiliation, advance, self-actualization and valuable orientations of the personality); the paper also presents the results of a pilot-experimental work, the testing training of development of professional motivation of students of a peda- gogical higher education institution in the process of study of disciplines of social-psychological focus, which is contributing to their effective professional growth.
