Studying of features of ethnic development and ethnocultural adaptation of disperse settled national groups, is one of the most urgent directions of researches of the Russian ethnographic and historical science. For Western Siberia occupied by numerous ethnic groups of immigrants during the end XIX - first third XX century, researches of problems of adaptation with reference to ethnic diasporas get special value. Traditional forms of material culture of Latvians, Germans, Ukranians, Chuvashs and the Estonians diasporas, inherent in parent ethnoses of groups studied by us, practically without changes have been transferred to new places of economic development in Siberia. But specific nature-climatic conditions of region of moving have appeared so important determining factor, that traditional milling of immigrants have undergone fast and significant changes, rather actively adapting to the changed climatic, social and economy conditions.
