Development of national linguistic cultures and formation of a common linguistic and cultural space

The paper analyzes the issue of forming a common linguistic and cultural space in terms of the general development of all national cultures. Specific features of culture creation in national linguistic cultures are identified. Importance of the Russian language as a factor of spiritual and cultural consolidation is emphasized.
