We study the development of scientific thought in the field of harmonization of rules of e-commerce within UNCITRAL. Based on the analysis of scientific papers the article highlights the trends in research in the field of harmonization of the rules of e-commerce within UNCITRAL. It is concluded that the problems of harmonization of rules of e-commerce within UNCITRAL in Russia has not received conceptual coverage in the legal literature.
