Non-aeronautical activity development in Ekaterinburg centre of air traffic control

To normalize economical and financial position of Ekaterinburg air traffic control centre, which was caused by air traffic reduction in the world due to COVID-19 spread, there is necessity to develop non-aeronautical activity. Specific and precise practical recommendations for non-aeronautical activity development are found and proposed - commercial excursions to air traffic control tower in Koltsovo airport of the city of Ekaterinburg.
