Development of natural heritage sites as the method of budget costs decreasing (on the example of the Kungurian forest-steppe)

The article shows an attempt to estimate the potential related to the management of the natural environment, it's recovering and conservation, prevention of natural emergency cases, providing citizens to able of recreation on natural sites. The directions of development of natural heritage sites, which will lead to reduce the corresponding costs (on the example of the Kungurian forest-steppe of the Perm region) are described
