Extension management paradigm of spatial distributed organizational-technical systems and territories

The article considers main management directions of development of spatially distributed organizational and technical systems and territories, based on the current factor conditions analysis. It proposes new geoinformation approach to governance, including the structure of the space of decision-making. It also reviewes principles of development control systems and territories, content and specifics of Theory and Practice of Managing Organizational and Economic Systemsimplementation in modern conditions in Russia. It justifies model strategies of geoinformation management of distributed organizational and technical systems and territories.
