Development of pedagogical potential of teacher in corporate training system

The article reveals the problem of development of pedagogical potential of a modern teacher. This development starts with the training at the pedagogical university on the basis of resources of personal development. An important moment in the development of teacher capacity is the professional activity of teachers. The article states that the real need for professional development the teacher has in the educational organization, which is actively introducing innovations, new technologies of education, because it requires from the teacher constant implementation of internal and external professional and personal resources. The article discusses the possibilities of corporate learning in the modern educational organizations, in the context of decision problems in continuous professional development of teachers and improve their professional activities.
