Staff development to support digital business processes

The article examines the concept of a business process from the perspective of a percess-based approach interpreted by various authors, and describes its main attributes. The author’s definition of digital business processes is given. The main groups of digital technologies are considered, it is shown that the lowest rates of their implementation take place in the segment of small innovative enterprises in the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises of the national economy. The shortcomings of the modern personnel policy in the MIP are revealed, the need for its improvement in the digital economy is proved. The main directions of MIP personnel development have been developed to ensure the management of their digital business processes. Each area is considered in detail, taking into account its current state and prospects for further development.
