The development of process management is aimed at introducing innovations to improve the performance of economic systems. The presentation of the attributes of the organization's marketing quality management subprocess made it possible to determine its normative state, identify the attributes of its purpose and content, identify existing problems, propose innovations to solve them and methods of managerial decision-making to support them. The subprocess of marketing quality management in an organization is an important factor in the successful development of an organization based on meeting the needs of consumers in a market environment.
