Development of the quality management subprocess of operational activities of economic systems

The study of the quality of operational activities of the "organization" type is an important attribute of the functioning of economic systems within their process and functional activities. The implementation of norms and standards of product quality in organizations involves the participation and application of various attributes of process management and means of their implementation. Based on the study of the normative content of the attributes of resource and assessment tools, it was possible to identify the shortcomings of their actual condition, and the identification of relevant proposals for their elimination made it possible to determine the forecast of improvement in the economic performance of the selected organization for the coming year.
