Development of the quality management subprocess of the organization's product manufacturing technology

For the development of innovative activity, there is a need to study, measure the state and reform individual sub-processes of quality management of the organization. The study showed the presence of problems in the activity of the subprocess of quality management of technological processes of manufacturing products in the organization. To eliminate problems within the framework of this subprocess, innovative proposals for their resolution have been formed. A new technology for managing the selected sub-process has been developed to improve its activities in the organization.
