Development of a subprocess of management of standardization of the organization’s operational activities

Management processes and their attributes in economic systems ensure the maintenance of operational activities in order to achieve goals and implement the strategy. The study of the attributes of the normative and current state of the management subprocess of the standardization of the organization's operational activities allowed us to identify contradictions and shortcomings within this management subprocess. Innovative proposals have been developed, equipped with management decision-making methods, which are aimed at eliminating problems in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the organization's operational activities.
