Development of the management process of technological preparation of production

The article presents the subprocess of management of technological preparation of production of the enterprise. On the example of the activity of a production and trading enterprise in the context of technological preparation of production, several management tools were used: the subprocess management technology, the innovation potential and the set of measures for the development of this subprocess. A forecast was made of the effectiveness of the proposed measures of their impact on the economic indicators of the production enterprise.
