Development of procedure for pre-trial settlement of tax disputes

The article discusses the current status and prospects of development of the institution of pre-trial settlement of disputes.This article is devoted to problems arising in the area of pre-trial settlement of tax disputes. In this work are noted shortcomings of the existing mechanism, analyzed the current situation, prospects and ways of solving problems arising in practice.
