The article attempts to reveal the features of the development of cognitive interest in children of preschool age in various activities. Cognitive interest in the correct pedagogical organization of preschool children, systematic and purposeful educational activities can and should become a stable feature of the personality of a preschooler and has a strong impact on its development.
