Development of the principles of cooperative form of economic management in the Russian legislation

The article analyzes the peculiarities of the legal status of cooperatives in the Russian Federation, taking into account compliance with the international principles of the cooperative movement. The basic principles of the creation and functioning of cooperatives are considered. The conclusion is made about the return at the doctrinal and legislative levels to the development of the idea of a cooperative form of organization of production and consumer activities in the country.
