The paper offers recommendations for the development of strategic planning process in infrastructure provision of entrepreneurial activity, focused on quantitative, qualitative and systemic changes in the entrepreneurial infrastructure, characterized by a complex logical approach based on classical functions of management and taking into account the need for sound and consistent interaction of infrastructure and entrepreneurial elements for provision of economic security in the region.
