Development of process of sovereignization of Nagorno Karabakh Republic in modern political conditions

The article deals with the formal definition of concepts: sovereignty and the principle of self- determination as set out in the UNO Charter and international law, as well as their applicability to the phenomenon of non-recognized States, Abkhazia, South Ossetia and Nagorno-Karabakh. The author analyzes the process of legal recognition of de facto independent states and their development in the political, economic and national spheres.
