Infrastructure is the integrating factor of regional economic growth. It involves steady improvement of quality of life as one of the main indicator of economic growth of the region. The level of development, stability and efficiency of functioning of the enterprises and institutions of regional infrastructure exerts indirect impact on stability of the region, first of all through social and psychological factors, that is through degree of satisfaction of physiological, social and spiritual needs of the population, through moral and psychological climate in collective, health of the population. Improvement of scientific and methodical bases of management of regional infrastructure, allows to choose reasonably the directions of its development and thus promotes improvement of quality of life of the population in the region and its competitiveness.
